Each year the EWGA Madison Chapter hosts a charity golf outing and this year we are very grateful to our major event sponsor Unity Health Insurance and our media sponsor Madison's The CW.
The beneficiary of our 2008 charity golf outing is the American Heart Association - Madison Chapter, Go Red For Women. The American Heart Association is a voluntary health agency whose mission is: "Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke". Go Red For Women is a nationwide and local movement that celebrates the energy, passion and power women have to band together and wipe out heart disease. Thanks to the participation of millions of people across the country, the color red and the red dress have become linked with the ability all women have to improve their heart health and live stronger, longer lives.
