July 22, 2010 - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
This 9-hole scramble event at Meadows of Six Mile Creek in Waunakee partners EWGA with the Business Forum and is a widely popular event. The only experience required is the ability to relax, have fun and enjoy the camaraderie of professional women. EVENT IS FULL.
July 18, 2010 - July Traveling Event Windwood of Watertown
Members and guests invited to this casual fun day of golf at Madison Golf & Development's eastern course, Windwood of Watertown. A great deal on this outing for 18 holes and a cart!
July 24, 2010 - EWGA Madison Chapter Championship
The Chapter Championship will be held at Door Creek this year. Individual stroke play and scramble teams are invited to compete. You must have an established handicap to compete. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT.
August 7, 2010 - The Badger Cup
This will be the fourth annual event, and is quickly becoming an intensely competitive inter-chapter rivalry. Each chapter has two person teams that compete in an 18-hole Ryder Cup format. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 28, 2010.
August 11, 2010 - Annual EWGA Charity Golf Outing
EWGA Madison hosts an amazing charity golf outing every year. This year's charity is Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation with the event being held at The Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 30, 2010! THIS EVENT IS FILLING UP - DON'T WAIT TO REGISTER!
August 28 -29, 2010 - EWGA Regional Tournament
This year's Regional Tournament will be held just to our south in Janesville at Glen Erin Golf Club. It will be a great opportunity to see an advanced EWGA tournament up close!
September 2010 - Ladies Weekend Traveling Event
The Events Committee is busy working out the details for a Wilderness Resort weekend with golf at Wild Rock. Email events@ewgamadison.org if you are interested in attending this event. Open to members and guests.
October 1-2, 2010 - EWGA National Championship
Do you believe that Nationals are HERE in Wisconsin in Lake Geneva! You won't want to miss the largest women's amateur golf championship in the country. The tournament will be held at Geneva National Resort and Golf Club in Lake Geneva. Contact events@ewgamadison.org if you are interested in volunteering for this event.
September - October 2010 - Year End Volunteer Appreciation Event
EWGA-Madison Chapter would not successfully exist without the efforts of all the volunteers who work tirelessly to promote EWGA and the game of golf. More detail to come.
October 13, 2010 - Fall Fiasco!
An evening under the lights at Vitense Golfland - Ryder Cup format for 18 holes with the Fiasco to follow in the clubhouse!
