| League Policy |
- League participation for all leagues will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first sign-up opportunity will be at the kick-off.
- League fees must accompany your sign-up to secure a spot.
- You must be a Madison EWGA member to participate in a league.
- After the kick-off, if spaces remain, sign-ups will be given to members in the order received (via U.S. mail or the internet, payment must be included).
- No refunds of league dues will be made to members. If situations arise where a league player is unable to fulfill her league commitment, it is the player?s responsibility to find someone to fill her spot. Whether the substitute player should reimburse the player needing a sub personally is between the players. The league committee may be able to direct you to an alternative player, but will not be able to refund any league fees regardless of circumstances.
- The League Committee will maintain a list of players willing to be substitutes for each respective league and will make the substitute list available to all league participants.
- Substitute league players must be members of EWGA-Madison. Members of other EWGA chapters may be substitutes with the consent of the League Chairs.
