Registration for events, clinics and leagues can be handled on the web site which also provides for purchase online.  Unless otherwise noted, these transactions are encrypted and the transactions occur on a secure third party site.

Due to the nature of the services we provide, payment is requested at or prior to an event with the full intent that the individual will attend or use the service.  Events will be held as scheduled and individuals registered will be expected to attend with no refunds for non-attendance.    

When you purchase our services, we collect personally identifiable information to process your order.  We request information, which EWGA Madison Chapter uses solely to process your payment.  We may request certain contact information, including company name (if applicable), address, phone numbers and e-mail address.  This information may be used to contact you to fulfill your request.
